Rika Loulou Canvas Star bag on 40% discount, well isn't that a great deal?

Rika is a very popular brand that we carry at L and I-The Creative Habit. I get e-mails every other day asking if we have certain things from Rika, I think it's so popular because Ulrika (the designer) designs such nice things and that there are not many that carry the brand because she wants to be exclusive.

I saw today that we have the Rika Loulou black canvas bag with star-shaped studs on 40 % discount, that is such a great deal. I think I have to go for it...
The canvas bag has black lamb leather straps and a detachable cross-body strap. The bag is decorated with the characteristic star-shaped silver studs, and has a large open back pocket.
The bag has a single internal zip pocket and an open pocket with a silver-toned, signature logo plate, and raw leather trimming. The practical canvas bag is perfect for everyday use.

Stylist-turned-designer Ulrika Lundgren started her Rika label in 2005 after first having worked as fashion and interiors stylist for prestigious magazines such as Casa Vogue and ELLE Decoration. During her years traveling the globe, she developed a strong personal taste, always looking for really special, unique pieces . The Swedish-born designer credits her grandmother who loved to create things and showed her that key to beauty is in the details. While on a photo shoot in Menorca, Spain she had a local craftsman make her a bag to use as a prop on the set. It was a leather tote decorated with Rika's now trademark stars. After countless compliments and requests from fellow stylists and fashion friends, Lundgren had another 100 bags made and just like that, the Rika label was born. The style is a bit rock'n'roll mixed with romantic vintage and the clean Scandinavian aesthetic the designer grew up with. She chose her favorite symbol -a-star- to be her trademark. 'A star reminds us of that vintage touch-of-Hollywood class as much as of a contemporary hue of rock'n' roll,' says the designer, which pretty much sums up what Rika is about.

Today, Rika includes a beautifull selection of handcrafted, chemical free leather and canvas bags and a small collection of fashionable but seasonless wardrobe staples. Think floaty tops in her signature star print, supersoft vintage-style cashmere cardigans and rock chic leather dresses and biker jackets. French Vogue's Varine Roitfeld is a big fan of the bags and RIKA has also been seen on style icons such as Helena Christensen, Alexa Chung, Scarlett Johansson, Chloe Sevigny, Kate Moss, Sienna Miller, Kirsten Dunst and Daisy Lowe, to name but a few.
